How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to see you go! But, thank you for being a member and we hope you will consider joining us again in the future. Please follow all of the steps below in order to cancel your account. Once you cancel, you will still have access to all of your account content for the remainder of your billing period.

Here are the steps:

  • Click on your “Profile” either by clicking the profile icon in the left navigation pain or on the member button in the upper right corner
  • Click on the “Membership” menu within the profile page
  • Click on the “Subscriptions” sub-menu on that page
  • Click the three vertical dots on the far right side which brings up a menu
  • IMPORTANT! The menu includes the following choices: “Update”, “Other Memberships” and “Cancel”. If you don’t see the “Cancel” option you may need to scroll down using the menu bar to the right of the three dots.
  • Click on the “Cancel” option
  • Fill out the “Exit Survey” and click “Submit”
  • IMPORTANT! Once you hit “Submit” you are not yet cancelled. You have one last step where you need to hit the “Confirm Cancellation” button.
