1. Membership and Subscription
1.1. By joining our Sharra’s Mosaic Membership Community (“the Community”), you agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee (“Membership Fee”) in accordance with your selected membership level.
1.2. Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
1.3. Additional products, courses, workshops, or services offered through the Community are not included in the basic membership and may require separate purchase and/or separate membership levels.
2. User Content and Licensing
2.1. By sharing content in the Community, including but not limited to photographs, videos, text, comments, artwork documentation, tutorials, or techniques (“User Content”), you retain your original copyright ownership.
2.2. However, you grant the Community a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Community and the Community’s business operations, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Community in any media formats and through any media channels.
2.3. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to share your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have the right to grant the license described above
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1. All fees are in [Currency] and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
3.2. Additional products or services must be purchased separately from the basic membership and are subject to their own pricing and terms.
3.3. We reserve the right to modify membership fees with 30 days’ notice.
4. Community Guidelines
4.1. Members agree to:
- Respect other members’ intellectual property rights
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
- Not share access to their account or Community content with non-members
- Not use the Community for unauthorized commercial purposes
5. Termination
5.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
5.2. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
6.1. The Community is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.
6.2. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Community or any content shared within it.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
